We are seeking a talented individual to join our Global Analytics Platforms team at Guy Carpenter. This role will be based in New York, NY; Morristown, NJ; Philadelphia, PA (other locations may be considered where Guy Carpenter has a local office). This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The Senior Graphic Design Specialist will support the design of intuitive digital experiences across Guy Carpenter’s internal applications, partnering with product managers, developers, and subject matter experts to deliver user-centered solutions. In this role, you will create user flows, process designs, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces, while developing reusable design components and interactive prototypes in Figma. You will also contribute to UI/UX modernization initiatives, ensuring usability, consistency, efficiency, and product quality across the analytics platform ecosystem.

We will count on you to:

• Design intuitive user experiences for internal applications and analytics platforms.
• Create end-to-end workflows, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Translate business and user needs into thoughtful, user-centered digital design solutions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and subject matter experts to deliver technically sound solutions.
• Build and maintain interface designs, reusable components, and interactive prototypes in Figma.
• Support developer handoff and ensure design intent is carried through implementation.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality, consistency, and attention to detail.

What you need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design or digital product design.
• Strong proficiency in Figma.
• A portfolio demonstrating product design and user-centered workflow experience.
