Description

monday.com is looking for a Senior Global Strategic Events Manager to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of impactful events that inspire, engage, and drive business outcomes — both externally with our customers and partners, and internally with our global teams. You’ll be responsible for delivering world-class experiences across a diverse portfolio that includes high-impact internal initiatives such as global Sales Kickoffs (SKOs), company all-hands, and other offsite events.

About Elevate:

Elevate is our flagship annual customer conference, bringing together monday.com users, product experts, and industry leaders for networking, learning, and innovation. It’s also a key business initiative aimed at driving customer engagement, acquisition, and retention.

Please note that this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our NYC office.

About The Role
  • Lead end-to-end event management, including concept development, program design, content coordination, budget oversight, vendor management, and measurement
  • Collaborate with people, enablement, and executive stakeholders to shape agendas that inspire and align teams with monday.com’s vision and priorities
  • Ensure consistent branding, storytelling, and production quality across internal experiences
  • Track and report engagement metrics, feedback, and outcomes to continuously improve effectiveness and impact
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to senior stakeholders across the business
  • Establish scalable event frameworks, playbooks, and processes to support global consistency and local execution

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience leading global strategic events in fast-paced, high-growth environments — ideally in tech or SaaS
  • Proven success delivering both external customer-facing events and internal company-wide experiences at scale
  • Deep expertise in event strategy, program development, logistics, budgeting, and cross-functional stakeholder management
  • Exceptional communication, project management, and problem-solving skills with a passion for executional excellence
  • Able to influence and collaborate with executives and global teams across functions
  • Creative, resourceful, and highly organized — with a natural ability to connect dots and drive clarity from ambiguity
  • Experience with event platforms, marketing tools, and collaboration tools
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed

What monday.com can offer you:

  • Opportunity to join a well-funded, proven company with big ambitions, competitive salary and benefits package, bonus potential, and eligibility to take part in the company equity incentive program
  • An amazing company culture that values transparency and collaboration while never forgetting to have fun while we work!
  • Monthly stipends for food, wellness, and commuter/remote work
  • Fully dedicated learning and development team that provides opportunities for our employees to hone and gain new skills
  • Award-winning work environment - named a “Best Place to Work” by BuiltIn as well as “Great Place To Work” certified
  • We foster diversity, inclusion, and belonging through our Employee Resource Groups in addition to providing access to resources and education to support our team, facilitate conversations, and encourage understanding
  • A global work environment with employees in Tel Aviv, New York, San Francisco, Denver, London, Kiev, Sydney, São Paulo, and Tokyo

Visa sponsorship for this role is currently not available.

We hire talented individuals, regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, ancestry, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, military or veteran status, cultural background, religious beliefs, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
