We are looking for a Senior Global Channel Strategy & Operations Manager to join our team in a strategic and hands-on role. This position is perfect for a builder who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact, and entrepreneurial environment, who can operate in ambiguity, create structure from the ground up, and drive execution.

You will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling the operational framework for our global channel programs. This is a hands-on role for a results-oriented professional who excels at both strategy and execution and is looking to make a significant impact in a growing organization.

This position reports to the Head of Global Partnerships and can be based remotely in the US or out of our offices in Carpinteria, CA, or Austin, TX. We're looking for candidates to join us immediately.

What you'll do:

  • Define, build, and manage the strategy and operational infrastructure for our key partner motions, including Co-Sell, Reseller/VAR, Distribution, and Service Delivery.

  • Develop and implement foundational program components, including partner incentives, tiering, specializations, rules of engagement, and systems to proactively manage channel conflict.

  • Engage directly with key channel partners to gather feedback, drive program adoption, and act as a trusted advisor, ensuring our operational framework directly contributes to their success.

  • Oversee and improve the operational processes for the entire partner lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to enablement and performance management.

  • Serve as a world-class collaborator, working with sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure channel programs are aligned with go-to-market objectives and drive pipeline growth.

  • Liaise closely with global and regional leadership to ensure program alignment while addressing local business needs and opportunities.

  • Assist in the roll-out of our Partner Relationship Management (PRM) system, driving its self-service capabilities and integration with our Sales and Revenue Ops organizations.

  • Develop and manage reporting on key channel performance metrics, delivering regular, data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to leadership.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven track record of building, managing, and scaling successful channel partner programs and driving growth through indirect sales channels.

  • 7+ years of experience in channel programs, channel operations, or business development within a B2B SaaS or enterprise software company.

  • Strong understanding of channel GTM motions and the operational components required to support them.

  • Excellent project management and analytical skills; a strategic thinker who can also manage the details of execution.

  • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and ROI from channel partnerships.

  • Experience at a top-tier management consulting firm is a strong plus.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
