To help our teams work together, this role requires you to be located in Poland. This role can be performed remotely or onsite in our office in Gdańsk. You can also work remotely worldwide for a maximum of 90 days per year.
We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team, focused on delivering creative improvements for our engineering teams.

Your background

• Professional Experience & Skills:
  
  • 7+ years in a software development team with strong fundamental software development skills.
  • Experience with .NET Framework (C#).
  • Proficiency in web-based applications, architecture, and REST API integration.
  • Experience in resolving customer issues through code error diagnosis, debugging, validation, and root cause analysis.
• Technical Proficiency:
  
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and browser/JavaScript fundamentals (React is a plus).
  • Familiarity with scripting languages and databases such as MSSQL and Postgres.
  • Security-conscious approach to development.
• Communication & Problem Solving:
  
  • Experience in product experimentation and a track record of delivering value to customers.

Preferred Qualifications:

• DevOps experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment tools (e.g., Octopus).
• Familiarity with AWS fundamentals (e.g., VPC, EC2).

Compensation:
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience.
244,800 PLN - 326,400 PLN annually
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
