Trivelta
Senior Full Stack Software Engineer - Python | React | TypeScript | Next.js ( Remote)
Operators deserve more from their technology. More speed, more intelligence, and more control.
Trivelta is on a mission to provide the AI-native software infrastructure powering the next generation of sportsbook and gaming companies. Our platform combines true native apps on both the App Store and Google Play, AI-powered personalization and risk management, and built-in social features that help operators create world-class product experiences.
Today, Trivelta powers operators serving millions of users across global markets.
As we continue our rapid growth, two things are essential to our success: our people and our culture. So far, we have built a global team working from our offices in Boston, Barcelona, Monterrey, and Indore, as well as remotely around the world, to help us achieve our mission. And we're looking for more exceptional people, people who love building great products, redefining what is possible with AI, and turning complexity into elegant, scalable solutions.
As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and maintaining the core platform that powers our sportsbook and casino experiences end to end. You’ll work across backend systems and user-facing applications, translating product and design concepts into scalable APIs, robust data flows, and polished interfaces used by thousands of players.
This is a hands-on senior role for engineers who are comfortable moving quickly, communicating clearly, mentoring others, and thinking holistically about product, reliability, and long-term maintainability.
What you’ll do
- Design and implement end-to-end features across backend services and frontend applications, from data models and APIs in Python to responsive interfaces in React and TypeScript.
- Build scalable, resilient APIs and backend components that support web, mobile, and third‑party integrations, with a focus on performance, observability, and reliability.
- Develop and maintain user-facing features in React and Next.js, optimizing for responsiveness, performance, and cross-device compatibility.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, security, compliance, and data teams to translate requirements into technical solutions that balance speed, quality, and regulatory needs.
- Contribute to and evolve our component library and design system, ensuring consistency across the platform and accelerating development for the broader engineering team.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines that power analytics, fraud detection, geolocation, and regulatory reporting, ensuring data accuracy and timely insights.
- Champion performance, security, and compliance (including AML, KYC, and data privacy) across the stack, working proactively to identify and mitigate risks.
- Participate in incident response, monitoring, and root‑cause analysis, helping maintain system stability and a high‑quality player experience.
- Mentor and support other engineers, sharing best practices, reviewing code, and helping elevate the overall technical bar of the team.
- Influence product direction by thinking from first principles about user experience, business impact, edge cases, and the tradeoffs between under‑ and over‑engineering in a fast‑paced environment.
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience designing, building, and scaling high‑performance backend systems in Python or similar languages, including APIs, services, and data processing pipelines.
- Strong proficiency with React, TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling, including experience with frameworks such as Next.js & TanStack.
- Comfort owning the full lifecycle of a feature: from discovery and technical design to implementation, rollout, and iterative improvement in production.
- Experience with CI/CD practices and infrastructure automation, and a solid understanding of how code ships and runs in production environments.
- Familiarity with data pipeline architecture, analytics, and geolocation‑based access controls, or a strong willingness to learn these quickly.
- Understanding of security and compliance requirements (AML, KYC, data privacy) and how they influence system design and implementation.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor developers, contribute to architectural decisions, and drive technical discussions with a clear, pragmatic perspective.
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain tradeoffs, ask clarifying questions, and collaborate effectively with engineers, product managers, and designers.
- A bias toward action, first principles thinking, curiosity, and product awareness: you care about why we’re building something, not just how.
