We’re looking for a senior full stack engineer to help build the core systems behind AI teammates for finance. You’ll design and ship infrastructure that allows agents to initiate, execute, and complete real workflows across messy enterprise environments. This is not surface-level AI. You’ll be working on systems that combine reasoning, context, and action in production.
What you’ll do
Design and build end-to-end systems that power intelligent, outcome-driven workflows
Own features across the stack, from backend services to user-facing interfaces
Integrate AI models into reliable, auditable production systems
Work closely with product and customers to solve real finance and accounting problems
Build for scale, security, and enterprise-grade reliability from day one
What we’re looking for
5+ years of full stack development experience
Strong proficiency in Python
Experience with modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML systems into applications
Background in enterprise software architecture and distributed systems
Why Numos
You’ll be building systems that don’t just assist work, but actually get it done. The problems are complex, the expectations are high, and the impact is real.
