As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining and evolving our US Sports platform.

We are building a team and trading platform to help us become a leader in the US sports gambling industry, replicating our strong foundation in Europe.

As part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and success. Our N-Tier distributed systems process large volumes of data, especially during high-profile sporting events, where resilience and stability are crucial to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will play an important role in shaping the success of our team. Beyond technical excellence, you will use your expertise to coach and onboard junior engineers, ensuring their smooth integration into our team through mentorship. Working with technical and non-technical stakeholders will help the team implement the architectural vision.

This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.

The listed salary for this position is $125,000 - $155,000 annually.

• Previously worked on high throughput and low latency systems.
• Experience in coaching and mentoring in technical subject areas.
• Ability to prioritize people and conversations over process.
• Previously thrived in a fast-paced agile environment.
• An aptitude and enjoyment in learning new technologies. 
• Commercial experience using GCP with Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of React and Typescript.
• Experience with Golang Microservices.
• Exposure to C#, .net, MSSQL and/or WPF.
• Experience in a delivery focused culture.

• Building scalable systems that guarantee quality and reliability under high demand.
• Understanding existing bet365 systems and working with the architecture team to generate solutions for integration and improvement
• Being a shining light for technical excellence and good engineering process.
• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to support team members' professional development.
• Working on and solving complex problems, both individually and as part of a team
• Advocating for change where it has tangible benefit to the developer experience or quality of the product
• Adopting innovative technologies like our various in-house AI offerings.
• Collaborating proactively with stakeholders and the team.
