  • Collaborate with product and design teams to implement elegant solutions for complex workflow challenges
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews and technical documentation
  • Drive technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions that shape our platform
  • Contribute to our continuous integration and deployment processes

  • Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and optimization techniques
  • Proven track record of building scalable, maintainable software systems
  • Strong knowledge of software development principles and design patterns
  • Experience with cloud services (AWS) and containerization technologies
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with document processing and workflow automation systems
  • Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and event-driven systems
  • Experience with Redis, Sidekiq, or similar background processing systems
  • Experience working with government or enterprise clients
  • Contributions to open-source projects
