Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong experience in AI and agentic engineering to design and build AI-powered applications that accelerate development and automate complex workflows.

This role focuses on building agent-based solutions using modern LLM architectures to support automated document generation and workflow orchestration. You will operate as a strong software developer who leverages AI tools in your development process while also integrating AI directly into the solutions you build. You will also provide business value by participating in architectural and technical discussions, understanding business requirements, coding as per department standards, and implementing code per the CI/CD process. This is a highly influential role where you’ll have ample opportunity to guide the team’s approach to project delivery. 

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop AI-driven applications, including single and multi-agent workflows
  • Build and maintain full-stack solutions (frontend and backend components)
  • Leverage AI tools and agentic coding practices to accelerate development
  • Develop orchestration logic for agent-based systems and workflows
  • Integrate LLM-based capabilities such as document processing, embeddings, and retrieval
  • Implement best practices for AI evaluations to ensure quality and prevent regressions 
  • Contribute to and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes 
  • Collaborate with architects and engineering leadership on solution design and standards
  • Continuously improve development practices and contribute to evolving AI engineering frameworks

Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of experience as a software developer using TypeScript, React.js, and Python.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development/agentic coding (must actively use AI in coding workflows).
  • Experience building LLM-based applications, including multi-agent systems or agent-based workflows (e.g., LangGraph).
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD practices.
  • Experience with AWS or Azure.
  • Demonstrated passion for AI, LLMs, and emerging technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience implementing AI evaluation frameworks is highly preferred. 
  • Exposure to text embeddings, RAG, or document-based AI workflows.
  • Consulting experience or experience working in client-facing environments.

Additional Information

At Logic20/20, we believe in recognizing and rewarding exceptional talent. Logic20/20 offers a competitive compensation package, with a target base salary range of $156,061 - $161,680 for this role. The final base salary offered is dependent on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and location. Eligible employees may also qualify for performance-based bonuses and other incentives.
