- Develop new user-facing features using React and Typescript

Many teams at Dropbox run Services with on-call rotations, which entails being available for calls during both core and non-core business hours. If a team has an on-call rotation, all engineers on the team are expected to participate in the rotation as part of their employment. Applicants are encouraged to ask for more details of the rotations to which the applicant is applying.
Requirements- BS degree or higher in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent technical experience.
- 8+ years of software engineering and/or work-related industry experience
- Success developing and shipping a large-scale web application with a user-empathetic mindset.
- Skilled at building user-facing applications and supporting systems and libraries on web and/or desktop using frontend technologies such as TypeScript, React, HTML/CSS.
- Ability to work across the stack on projects and able to build a minimum working product quickly.
- Experience delivering high-impact features in fast-paced, high-growth environments, with a strong sense of ownership over both technical and product outcomes.
- Comfortable working in lean, agile teams with frequent deployments and a high degree of autonomy, ideally in a startup or startup-like setting.
- Strong user empathy and a track record of translating real-world customer feedback into elegant, scalable product experiences.
