Seeking a strategic Head of FP&A to lead all financial planning activities for Redox, collaborating with senior leaders to drive finance strategy and support company growth.

Opportunity & Impact
We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Head of Financial Planning & Analysis to serve as Redox’s sole finance professional, leading all FP&A activities for our ~150-person company. This is an individual contributor role reporting directly to the CFO, where you will independently drive financial strategy and play a critical role in achieving Redox’s growth and financial objectives. You will partner closely with senior leaders across Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations, providing actionable insights that guide strategic decisions and fuel the company’s growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Own and continuously improve company-wide planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Partner with department leaders to develop financial plans aligned to strategic and operational goals
- Provide monthly reporting packages and dashboards to track financial and business performance
- Deliver scenario modeling, board-level presentations, and ad-hoc analysis to support executive decisions
- Develop, maintain, and improve the long-range financial model
- Collaborate with Accounting to execute accurate and timely close and financial reporting
- Support fundraising initiatives and reporting to existing investors
- Serve as a thought partner to the CFO, CEO, and executive team
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of progressive finance experience, including at least 3 years in SaaS FP&A roles required
- Experience in fast-paced startup environments
- Strong modeling, forecasting, and financial storytelling skills
- Experience working directly with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Excellent command of SaaS metrics and business drivers (e.g., CAC, LTV, retention, ARR)
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to translate complexity into clarity
- High degree of ownership and bias toward action
- Prior experience managing and mentoring a team member
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Healthcare tech industry experience is a plus
- Investment Banking, Consulting or investment experience a plus, but not required
- Experience with tools like Salesforce, Quickbooks and financial planning software a plus
- People management experience is a plus

- Required: Excel / Sheets
- Preferred: QuickBooks or other accounting software; Creativity around using AI tools
