The role
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing the operating plan, supporting strategic decision making, and working cross-functionally on key initiatives that will help shape the future of a $1 billion Series D company backed by Insight Partners.
What you'll do
Annual operating plan : Build and update the company’s driver based long term financial model, leveraging your strong understanding of key financial drivers to form the company’s operating plan in a way that connects objectives and drives accountability across GTM functions to product planning.
Company-wide budgeting and forecasting : Provide department leaders with ongoing financial insights, analysis, and partnership on decisions to accelerate growth. Additionally, this role would own the management of Glia’s financial planning tool
Company-wide financial reporting : Help prepare materials and narratives for Board of Director meetings, a polished executive level financial reporting package and internal executive meetings
Requirements
2+ years of prior experience in SaaS FP&A (or investment banking / consulting, etc)
Strategic and creative problem solver ready to roll up their sleeves
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities and deadlines
Strong attention to detail coupled with an ability to see the bigger picture
Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
Advanced Excel skills and experience working with NetSuite, Salesforce, and Tableau
Experience using and managing a company’s financial planning software platform like Adaptive Insights, Pigment or Vena
Extensive experience collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large volumes of data
Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow (There will be a modeling test)
