Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to lead the architecture, design, and execution of complex, enterprise-grade applications. In this role, you will bridge technical vision and execution, driving multi-component systems from concept to delivery.
You will work across the full stack—from modern React user interfaces to scalable Python micro services, distributed data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure. If you thrive in ambiguous environments, bring strong architectural intuition, and enjoy mentoring engineers while leveraging AI-assisted workflows, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, architecture, and execution of large-scale technical initiatives and multi-component systems.
Drive end-to-end technical design for complex features, ensuring systems are resilient, performant, and aligned with overall platform strategy.
Identify technical debt, execution blockers, and performance bottlenecks to continuously improve system health and delivery efficiency.
Lead technical delivery through ambiguity with strong discipline and ownership of outcomes.
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across software engineers, data engineers, product partners, and key stakeholders.
Promote modern engineering best practices, including the integration of AI-assisted development tools across the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Mentor and guide engineers, raising the technical bar and fostering depth across the team.
Serve as a technical authority and advocate for scalable, maintainable engineering standards.
Skills Required:
9+ years of hands-on software engineering experience building and scaling complex, production-grade systems.
Proven track record of technical influence, mentorship, and driving delivery across high-impact projects.
Strong architectural intuition with deep expertise in both full-stack development and modern data architecture.
Expert knowledge of React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystems.
Deep expertise in Python and high-performance frameworks like FastAPI.
Advanced proficiency with PostgreSQL, RDS / Aurora, and Redis for state management and high-throughput caching.
Experience with PySpark (implementing Medallion architecture / ETL pipelines) and workflow orchestrators like Kestra.
Hands-on experience with AWS core services, specifically EKS (Kubernetes), RDS, and cloud-native deployments.
Demonstrated experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, LLM workflows) to accelerate development, testing, and documentation.
Competencies:
Deep sense of accountability for product outcomes, platform quality, and system reliability.
Ability to decompose high-level business requirements into clear, executable technical strategies.
Exceptional ability to translate complex technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
What is in it for you:
Be part of the fastest-growing AI-first digital transformation and engineering company in the world
Be a part of an energetic team of highly dynamic and talented individuals
Exposure to working with fortune 500 companies and innovative market disruptors
Exposure to the latest technologies related to artificial intelligence and machine learning, data and cloud
