Job Summary

Essential Functions

  • Lead the development and standardization of financial reporting frameworks, defining approaches adopted across the division.
  • Prepare, analyze, and distribute revenue and margin reporting and analytics.
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level financial insights and materials, framing complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Act as a liaison across the finance team to define and evolve FP&A methodologies and forecasting frameworks while leading the financial planning deliverables such as forecasts, actuals reporting, variance analysis and long-range planning.
  • Partner with Sales, Business Unit Leadership, and Finance to shape multi-year business planning, including defining financial narratives, assumptions, and key drivers of performance.
  • Lead the preparation and completion of end-to-end financial planning cycles (monthly, quarterly, annual), determining approaches and adapting methodologies based on evolving business needs.
  • Establish, prepare, and refine reporting frameworks for orders, shipments, and backlog analysis ensuring consistency and clarity across stakeholders.
  • Influence decision-making through development of KPIs, dashboards, and performance insights, ensuring alignment to evolving business priorities and strategic objectives.
  • Analyze sales productivity, margins and operating expense trends, as well as identify areas of opportunity to improve results.
  • Act as a key liaison with IT and data/analytics teams to influence reporting capabilities and ensure FP&A requirements are translated into scalable solutions.
  • Develop cross functional relationships and network outside of finance to help support the business in defining and achieving its strategic goals.
  • Lead high-complexity ad hoc analyses and special projects, often requiring development of new frameworks or approaches to address evolving business questions.
  • Continuously assess and enhance FP&A processes and tools, driving improvements that elevate how financial planning and analysis is performed across the function.

Required/Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration required
  • 8+ years of related experience required
  • Experience working in a multi-org, multi-site environment required
  • Experience with Oracle 11i or greater preferred
  • Experience with Tableau and/or Tableau Prep preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Presentation experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to visualize, document, and improve processes
  • Knowledge of database and data warehouse architecture preferred

The annual salary for this position is:

$112,800.00 to $169,200.00

This position is eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the company's bonus plan. Factors which may affect starting salary include geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
