As our Senior Financial Analyst, you will measure results and drive financial insights that influence strategic business decisions. You will serve as a key analytical partner to executive leadership by analyzing net revenue trends and delivering clear, high‑impact reporting and visual analytics. In this role, you will develop and maintain net revenue models, translate complex healthcare and financial data into intuitive Power BI dashboards, and explain period‑over‑period performance in a way that drives action.
You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, reporting scalability, and alignment with evolving business priorities. To thrive in this role, you'll need hands-on experience building Power BI dashboards, strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with competing priorities.
Here’s what you will experience working as a Senior Financial Analyst:
Own monthly net revenue reporting and design, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards that deliver operating and financial variance analyses for senior leadership.
Compile, model, and interpret large healthcare datasets to support alternative performance reviews, self‑service analytics, and ad hoc executive reporting.
Prepare and review calculations across multiple revenue streams to support short‑ and long‑range revenue forecasts, ensuring consistency across Excel models, SQL queries, and Power BI reporting layers.
Develop scalable process solutions through automation, standardization, and innovation, including expanding Power BI reporting to reduce manual effort and improve data accessibility.
Respond to high‑priority, executive‑level requests with visually compelling, executive‑ready Power BI insights that are timely, accurate, and actionable.
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Professional experience in a corporate financial analysis or similar role where you delivered actionable insights, improved processes, and supported strategic decision‑making.
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills with hands‑on experience developing Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models; working knowledge of SQL required.
Demonstrated ability to work with large, complex datasets and translate findings into concise, impactful visual narratives for senior and executive stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment while adapting reporting and analytics to evolving business needs.
