The Senior Financial Analyst role is a member of the WI/FH Central Finance Team delivering impactful and insightful analysis to our business partners. You will be responsible for running our quarterly scorecard process, playing an active role in partnering with our Strategy & Planning team to deliver insightful and meaningful analysis, and bringing a leadership mindset and critical thinking to the development of our routines and analytics. The analyses and insights delivered are critical components to drive business planning and ongoing decision making.
The Expertise and Skills you Bring
A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree a plus
5+ years of professional experience in Finance, Strategy or project management
Financial services experience; experience in benefits outsourcing (WI/FH) a plus
Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with Finance and business partners at varying levels of the organization
Intellectual curiosity and desire to understand and interpret information
Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to working independently and drive a process to completion
Strong attention to detail and ownership for managing large quantities of detailed information with high levels of accuracy
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to take initiative and seek creative solutions that challenge conventional approaches
Confidence to ask questions, provide guidance and interact with all associates and leaders WI / FH
Proficiency presentation tools (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) and business intelligence tools (PowerBI)

The Team
The Workplace Investing Central Finance Team collaborates with a variety of stakeholders including senior management, line finance and the strategy & planning team to drive finance initiatives and deliverables across WI. The candidate will develop expertise in financial planning, executive support, management reporting, and drivers of growth. As a member of Central Finance, the candidate will also have multiple opportunities to lead or contribute to critical short- and long-term finance initiatives being managed by the team.
The base salary range for this position is $80,000-153,000 USD per year.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
