Senior Financial Analyst, Sales Finance at a Glance....
We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the implementation of sales finance digital initiatives, analyzing opportunities to enhance sales and finance routines through automation and process improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve forecast accuracy. This role will report into the Lead - Business excellence role and work closely with the Sales System & Process Lead to support the development and maintenance of the Kraft Heinz proprietary Sales trade & promotional planning system, Compass.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$88,000.00 - $110,000.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the implementation of sales finance digital initiatives, analyzing opportunities to enhance sales and finance routines through automation and process improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve forecast accuracy. This role will report into the Lead - Business excellence role and work closely with the Sales System & Process Lead to support the development and maintenance of the Kraft Heinz proprietary Sales trade & promotional planning system, Compass.
What's on the menu?
- Support the Compass Champion network by maintaining an active roster across Sales Areas and functions and assisting with monthly meetings
- Collaborate with the Compass Capabilities team on a regular basis to align on Sprint plan priorities, open action items, and upcoming deliverables
- Execute training plans for Compass solution enhancements
- Analyze data and provide insights to support the development of Trade Promotion Management (TPM) system enhancements and Power BI reporting requests
- Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement technical solutions, such as data integrations and workflow automation
- Support the implementation of digital initiatives, including defining technical requirements and managing change management for sales teams
- Perform ad hoc analysis to support planning for Senior Leaders throughout the company
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across business and IT functions

- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in sales finance and trade promotion management systems
- Experience working within an agile work environment as a member/contributor to an agile team
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Experience with Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI, and other data analysis tools
- Experience with TPM systems and IBP processes
- Strong business acumen and ability to drive process efficiency and improvement
- Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
