THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst – Operations to join our finance team. This role is responsible for providing actionable insights into operational performance, supporting strategic decision-making, and optimizing cost structures. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with operations, supply chain, and accounting teams to ensure accurate forecasting, planning, and reporting.
Requirement: Quarterly travel to Thrive Market Fulfillment Centers in either Batesville, IN; Wilkes-Barre, PA; or Reno, NV.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analyses.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor operational efficiency and identify trends or improvement areas.
- Support strategic initiatives by modeling financial impacts of process changes
- Serve as a key business partner to operations leaders, offering financial insights and recommendations.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and operational metrics.
- Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and increase automation.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and best practices in financial operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA/CMA preferred).
- 3+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, preferably in an operations or manufacturing environment.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (NetSuite) and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of accounting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Compensation Description - The base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000/Per Year.
