Senior Financial Analyst, Global FP&A - Strategy at a Glance....
The Global FP&A team is responsible for financial analysis, performance, and process implementation to drive operational efficiencies and financial performance globally. The position provides an outstanding opportunity to gain broad cash flow management experience across all Zones. The selected individual will have exposure to all levers within the cash flow statement and drive performance through data driven analyses and cross-functional collaboration. This role offers exposure to Senior Leadership teams across the globe, including the Global CFO, Zone CFOs, and Global Head of BBP.
What's on the menu?
  • Play a critical role in the global budget and annual / mid-year planning processes; own the models for both AOP and EVP Offsite
  • Support development of strategic framework for the business and drafting of CFO/CEO/Board presentations outlining the KHC Plan both within BBP (and interface with Strat Team as necessary)
  • Assist on strategic planning, modeling, and preparation of presentations to board and senior leadership (CEO, CFO, Zone Presidents)
  • Own the CFO's annual budget book of record
  • Main point of contact between zones, IT, and global teams to finalize budget in system; liaison with IT Team to ensure back-end system load is successful.
  • Document and assemble library of best practices for FP&A functions across the globe
  • Help lead tactical execution of the 2022 Operating Plan - hold businesses accountable to submission deadlines, ensure cross-team communication
  • Provide analytical support to 4 global Zones on business results and achieving financial targets (e.g. tracking Risks & Opps, Action Plans, etc.)
  • Support Global FP&A routines as necessary- CFO Board Decks, Chairman Presentations, CEO Monthly Performance Reviews, and other ad-hoc analyses for Global CFO, VP of Global Financial Planning and M&A
  • Significant ad hoc opportunities for leadership and analytics
  • Drive financial performance by leveraging cross-zone/cross-functional best practices
  • Support international zones by assisting in best practice development and increased financial visibility into results

  • Minimum 2 years relevant work experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or applicable quantitative field, MBA/CPA preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills with ability to run complex models
  • Possess critical thinking skills with ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Proficiency in financial statement analysis
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$88,000.00 - $110,000.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
