Reporting to the VP of FP&A and interfacing directly with the CFO, you will craft the narrative for Board reporting and lead our Revenue and Cash Flow forecasting. This role offers a unique 'seat at the table', allowing you to influence global business strategy through data-driven insights while scaling our analytical capabilities.
Your Challenge
Strategic Advisory: Partner closely with Sales & Marketing leadership and Revenue Operations to implement and track KPIs that identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
Executive & Board Reporting: Support the VP of FP&A and the CFO in preparing quarterly Board and executive-level materials, providing the critical analysis and commentary that drives board-level decisions.
Advanced Forecasting: Own the Revenue and Cash Flow forecasting process, leveraging sophisticated financial models to provide a clear view of our financial trajectory.
Core FP&A Leadership: Orchestrate annual and quarterly planning and budgeting processes, working cross-functionally to ensure every dollar is aligned with our business objectives.
SaaS Metrics Excellence: Collaborate with RevOps to analyze SaaS-specific drivers, including ARR, NRR, Churn, CAC, and LTV.
Performance Insight: Deliver comprehensive monthly management reporting that goes beyond basic variance analysis to provide the actionable insights and commentary necessary to drive functional performance.
Systems and Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy across financial systems and lead the optimization of our tech stack, including NetSuite, Salesforce, and Workday Adaptive Planning
Is This You?
Seasoned Professional: You bring 5–10 years of progressive experience in FP&A or a related financial discipline, demonstrating a clear trajectory of professional growth.
SaaS Expert: You possess a deep understanding of core SaaS metrics—including ARR, NRR, churn, CAC, and LTV—and understand how these drivers impact business performance.
Modeling Expert: You are a power user of Excel (Google Sheets/Slides expertise is a plus) with the ability to build sophisticated, scalable financial models.
Articulate Communicator: You excel at translating complex financial data into clear, compelling narratives for executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Analytical Rigor: You combine meticulous attention to detail with the strategic perspective necessary to pivot seamlessly between granular data and the broader business context.
Systems Fluency: Hands-on experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, and Workday Adaptive Planning is a distinct advantage, as is familiarity with modern BI tools.
Academic Foundation: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field that emphasizes quantitative analysis.

The OTE base & bonus salary range for this full-time role is $130,000–$160,000 USD. Your exact offer depends on the scope of the role, your experience, and the skills you bring. Base salary is just one part of your compensation & wellbeing package- you will also be eligible for an annual performance bonus, flexible time off, health benefits, an equity grant, and many other perks.
