How You'll Drive Impact!

In this highly collaborative and visible position, you will own the Digital Revenue, and financial and operational elements of our Digital Commerce Platforms P&L.  With your data-driven mentality, you will analyze and interpret sales/revenue results and forecasts, providing key business and financial guidance to the organization.  You will play a key leadership role in developing and scaling new, digital capabilities across the websites and platforms. 

This position offers the right candidate an opportunity for career growth and development while supporting a function that is implementing innovative digital tools and technologies across the company.

The ideal candidate is someone who has a strong ability to solve problems and activate insights. They have a consistent track record of enhancing controls, improving process efficiency, and optimizing outcomes for 8 years or more.

Specific responsibilities include:

-Strategic finance partner across DCP, Divisions, Corporate FP&A, and Group FP&A - providing leadership and insight in financial planning and analysis, revenue reporting, performance analytics, and digital ecosystem advancement to drive informed decision-making

  • Align strategic finance initiatives with Groups and Corporate Strategy to enable cohesive execution and accelerate digital revenue growth across the enterprise
  • Lead all key financial processes including the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), long range strategic plan (STRAP), month-end/quarter-end close cycles, and other recurring management reporting cadences.
  • Coach, mentor and empower a Senior Financial Analyst to advance their professional development via training, personal target setting and regular performance evaluations
  • Empower the finance team to partner with functional partners to drive successful programs and achieve financial commitments.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Accounting Team to interpret accounting guidance for CapEx vs. OpEx strategies.
  • Perform ad-hoc financial analyses and modeling as required.
  • Embody cross-functional involvement and continuous process improvement values.

Keys to Success:

Education

  • Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Experience

  • 8+ years of finance experience in a complex, multinational environment, with direct management experience and experience partnering with leaders
  • Strong and persuasive communicator: essential to have credibility within a dynamic, challenging environment and in the context of providing outstanding business partnering support
  • Desire to formulate and drive process improvements, challenging the status quo
  • Demonstrated focus on translating data and metrics into predictable, valuable business insight
  • Professional maturity and communication style to interact directly leadership across functions
  • Strong results orientation, bias for action
  • Experience with ERP systems (ie. SAP), SQL, Hyperion, and digital tools (ie. PowerBI)
  • Extensive experience in revenue modeling and forecasting, and working with large data sets
  • Excel expertise with advanced knowledge of pivots, charts, and formulas; strong financial modeling skills

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $130,000.00–$194,950.00.
