The Sr Consultant Executive Technology Support is responsible for providing white-glove technical support to advisors and staff within a high-visibility Investment Center storefront, as well as C-Suite Executives in the Boston office.

This role requires an executive-level professional presence (appearance, communication, and demeanor), exceptional social and interpersonal skills, and strong technical expertise across end-user, collaboration, and AV technologies.

Operating at the intersection of technology, executive support, and client experience, this role ensures all hardware, software, and systems function seamlessly to support client engagement, executive presentations, and day-to-day business functions.

What You’ll Do:
  • Provide hands-on, concierge IT support for advisors, staff, and C-Suite Executives in a high-traffic environment.

  • Respond quickly and calmly to issues impacting executive meetings, client presentations, digital signage, and communications tools.

  • Proactively support VIP visits, client events, and executive or advisor presentations, including pre-testing rooms and technology.

  • Support and maintain onsite technology and systems including laptops/desktops, mobile devices, iPads, printers, conference room AV, and video conferencing equipment.

  • Partner with corporate IT to maintain compliance with enterprise security standards, policies, and toolsets.

  • Monitor system health and drive improvements that increase reliability, reduce risk, and enhance the client experience.

  • Set up, test, and support technology for client meetings and events, ensuring high-quality connectivity and AV performance.

  • Maintain digital experience tools and marketing displays, ensuring content accuracy, performance, and visual quality.

  • Document incidents, resolutions, and improvement recommendations.

  • Assist with onboarding and training for new staff on tools, security protocols, and technology best practices.

  • Translate technical topics into clear, non-technical communication for executives and advisors.

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.

What You’ll Bring:
  • Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Executive presence and communication (written and verbal) with a refined, business-appropriate appearance and demeanor.

  • 5+ years of IT support experience, ideally in financial services, professional services, or other client-facing corporate environments.

  • Strong executive support background

  • Deep experience supporting:

    • Windows, macOS, Apple iOS, Android

    • Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams

    • Jamf, Intune, ServiceNow

    • Networking fundamentals, desktop systems, collaboration tools, and AV technologies

  • Excellent troubleshooting skills, strong urgency, and clear ownership through resolution.

Base Salary Range

$100,500.00 - $141,900.00

The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
