Location: The ideal location is someone local to the Greater NYC area but for the right candidate, we can be flexible 

The Impact U will make:

  • Report to the Director, Product Marketing
  • Manage the event plan and field marketing strategies across the portfolio of Unqork’s key industries including large scale event sponsorships, Unqork hosted executive and user events (including our annual Create event), and virtual events.
  • Manage marketing and Demand Generation targets following your activities to track pipeline development, making recommendations to improve ROI
  • Create different types of events in tandem with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Product leaders; including logistics pre and post event in order to provide the right event experience and return on investment
  • Work closely with Product Marketing and Product to enable sales on current messaging and sales plays prior to marquee events 
  • Use campaign reporting to monitor lead progression and obtain feedback on quality and adjust plans to reach targets
  • Oversee event budget management

What U bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing business-to-business enterprise software solutions
  • 5+ years of experience in event marketing
  • Enterprise SaaS marketing experience
  • Experienced in interpreting market dynamics and developing robust plans, taking sales and marketing pipeline targets into consideration
  • Must be extremely organized and able to handle multiple, competing priorities
  • Comfortable with creative problem solving and operating with some ambiguity in order to achieve the event marketing goals  
  • Experience with a virtual event platform like RingCentral
  • Experience with high-touch, executive events
  • Experience leading and executing User conferences
  • Experience with Salesforce and reporting
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

💲 Hiring Ranges:

  • Tier 1: $95,000 - $135,000 base salary
  • Tier 2: $85,000 - $120,000 base salary

Unqork employs a market-driven approach to establish compensation ranges. In addition to a base salary, employees may also be eligible to receive a target incentive and company equity in the form of stock options.

An employee’s compensation within the range provided above depends on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, their location, role, skillset, level of experience, and similar peer salaries.

As a remote-first company, Unqork incorporates a geographic differential into our compensation structure, depending on the candidate’s location. We utilize a tiered system—Tier 1 and Tier 2—to accurately reflect local market rates and ensure our compensation packages are both fair and competitive.
Our geographic tiers are defined as follows:

  • Tier 1: New York Metro, Seattle Metro, San Francisco Bay Area 
  • Tier 2: All other US and US territory locations
