The Crown Is Yours
As a Senior Events & Experiences Associate, you'll play a key role in the growth and development of our customers by driving the logistics and execution of can't-miss experiences, as well as assisting the company as a whole with various events to achieve strategic initiatives. This opportunity will not only allow you to work cross-functionally, but you will also be a part of representing the DraftKings brand through creating unforgettable experiences.
What you'll do as a Senior Events & Experiences Associate
- Coordinate events and experiences for our top customers, including a large portfolio of DFS events.
- Manage vendor relationships, plan and help execute large scale events.
- Communicate with DK customers to plan their itineraries and ensure a smooth experience for customers.
- Design various internal and external events to showcase the DraftKings brand.
- Partner with VIP to identify key learnings following an event and brainstorm ways to improve events year over year.
- Own the production planning aspect of events (working with agencies to source hotels, work with legal teams to get contracts in place, budget management, etc.)
- Represent the DraftKings brand while at events and helping curate the hospitality experience.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in related field as well as 2+ years of event planning/management experience.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and Google Suite.
- Experience in managing Legal contract negotiations and vendor relations experience (i.e. hotel RFP, etc.).
- Willingness to travel and work nights and weekends.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $66,240.00 - $99,360.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
