About the Role

Events is a high-leverage brand-building and customer acquisition channel for Genius AI, and it's growing fast. You'll own our webinar program and lead our national trade show presence in priority customer verticals, building AI-powered workflows that strengthen every program along the way. On the show floor and beyond, you'll work hand in hand with Sales so the conversations we start become real pipeline. You'll also test new event formats, let the data show what's working, and double down on what is. You're jumping into channels that are already proven, with real room to shape their evolution.

You will report to the Senior Brand Manager. You must be commutable to our NYC headquarters and will operate in an in-person environment. We default to being in-office 3 to 4 days per week with required attendance on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage our webinar program end to end, from topic refinement and talent relations through promotion, hosting, and the performance analysis

  • Drive national trade show programs in distinct customer verticals, including activation concepts, budget, on-site execution, and the pipeline they are accountable for

  • Build AI-powered workflows for surface areas like show research, creative briefs, lead routing, and post-event reporting so the channel scales faster than the team does

  • Partner with Sales to turn floor conversations into pipeline

  • Take new event formats from concept to launch, then make the call on what is worth repeating

  • Surface pacing problems before they become results problems and correcting from what the data shows

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years running events programs, with end-to-end ownership of a channel's results

  • You’ve rebuilt workflows with AI, automating the repeatable parts of event operations so you can focus on higher judgment tasks

  • You set direction with incomplete information, ship, and iterate quickly, as needed

  • You’ve successfully promoted and hosted live programming that consistently draws strong turnout and keeps attendees engaged

  • Owned budgets and pipeline numbers for your programs, and speak fluently to metrics like MQLs and cost per lead

  • Built vendor and partner relationships strong enough to support a recurring event calendar

  • Willing to travel 1–3x per month domestically

  • Experience at high-growth technology companies is strongly preferred

Benefits & Perks

  • Competitive health & dental insurance options, effective on your first day of employment

  • Flexible PTO

  • In-office lunch twice per week for NYC and SF employees, plus late night dinner stipends

  • Access to Wellhub, a corporate wellness platform with discounted gym memberships, fitness classes, and mental health resources

  • Annual stipend for professional development and continued learning

  • High performers at 5 years receive a $5,000 bonus to use however you recharge best

  • 401k benefit: employees are eligible to contribute starting day 1 of employment

  • Dependent Care FSA

  • Paid parental leave

  • Fertility and adoption benefits via Carrot and Kindbody
