You will architect, execute, and optimize multi-channel programmatic and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies that directly translate to significant pipeline generation and revenue acceleration. You possess strong organizational and project management skills, a data-driven and analytical approach, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to confidently design and execute digital campaigns. You are a creative, motivated, and collaborative individual who values flexibility and the opportunity to make an impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the development and execution of the AMER marketing strategy with a direct focus on exceeding quarterly SAL, pipeline, and revenue-influenced goals through all digital channels.
  • Launch full-funnel marketing to drive lead generation and conversion through our ABM strategy and tactics like webinars, email marketing, organic/paid media, content syndication, and publisher placement.
  • Manage AMER campaign execution through alignment and collaboration with teams across the marketing organization, including product marketing, regional marketing, content marketing, brand and creative (B&C), and marketing operations (MOPs) to deliver a unified message to target audiences.
  • Institute a rigorous, data-driven optimization framework (e.g., waterfall analysis, lead-to-opportunity velocity) to continuously maximize ROI, improve efficiency, and prove the incremental value of digital investment to executive stakeholders.
  • Measure, analyze, and make recommendations to optimize campaign performance to improve ROI across channels and tactics.
  • Work closely with product marketing and sales enablement teams to create relevant messaging to improve the lead follow-up process and drive conversion rates to maximize campaign impact.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years leading and executing B2B marketing campaigns and programs in a fast-growth environment.
  • Successfully launched multi-channel initiatives, including ABM, events, webinars, email, and paid media campaigns.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a distributed organization to plan, build, and execute complex campaigns and programs.
  • Demonstrated experience with data-driven demand generation campaigns, and hands-on experience building and analyzing reports in CRM/analytics software. Marketo, Salesforce, Outreach, and Demandbase/6sense experience preferred.
  • Track record of successfully managing multiple deadlines, with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Expertise in leveraging predictive intent data (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase) to shape, prioritize, and defend digital media budget allocation.
  • Experience in a high-growth, globally-matrixed Enterprise SaaS organization, navigating complex internal and external stakeholders.
