The Opportunity
The Senior Employee & Change Communications Manager leads enterprise employee communications, change communications, employee engagement, and internal communication channels across Integra. This role serves as a key connector across the organization, partnering with Human Resources, functional leaders, and other stakeholders to ensure employees receive clear, timely, and consistent information about company initiatives, policies, systems, programs, and organizational changes. The position will help strengthen how departments communicate with employees, provide guidance and oversight for employee-facing communications, and bring structure and coordination to communications across the organization. With strong project management and relationship-building skills, this leader will help drive employee understanding, engagement, and adoption while continuing to build and mature Integra’s internal communications function.
What you will do?
Employee Communications
• Lead enterprise employee communications strategy and execution.
• Own internal communication channels, including the intranet, newsletters, town hall meetings, leadership communications, and employee updates.
• Create communication plans that support company goals, initiatives, and priorities.
• Ensure consistency of messaging across employee-facing channels.
Change Communications
• Develop communication strategies for organizational changes, business transformations, acquisitions, restructures, policy updates, and operational initiatives.
• Partner with leadership and Human Resources to improve employee understanding and change adoption.
• Create stakeholder-specific messaging, FAQs, leader toolkits, talking points, and communication plans.
• Assess communication effectiveness and identify adoption barriers.
Executive Communications
• Draft executive presentations, speeches, leadership messages, updates, and communication materials.
• Support executive visibility and leadership communication efforts.
• Prepare materials that help leaders engage employees effectively.
Employee Engagement and Culture
• Support initiatives that strengthen employee understanding, engagement, and connection to company values and business objectives.
• Develop campaigns supporting culture, recognition, quality, safety, and employee experience initiatives.
• Partner with functional leaders to amplify enterprise programs and business priorities.
Governance and Measurement
• Maintain communication standards, messaging frameworks, and approval processes.
• Establish communication metrics and reporting.
• Measure the effectiveness of major communication initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve communication reach, understanding, and engagement.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 8+ years of communications experience.
• Experience leading large-scale employee and change communication initiatives.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and executive communication skills.
• Experience supporting senior executives and leadership teams.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience supporting a high-growth organization preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in engineering, construction, manufacturing, technology, infrastructure, or an industrial environment preferred.
• Change management certification or formal change management experience preferred.
• Experience with intranet, employee engagement, and enterprise communication platforms preferred.
