You'll be the bridge between the commercial field-based team and headquarters, working closely with clinicians, residents, fellows, and our internal teams at PROCEPT. What your Day-to-Day will Involve
- Effectively communicate Aquablation’s value proposition to customers
- Work with the sales manager and Aquablation Sales Representative to develop a territory plan that outlines sales objectives tailored to the local market
- Effectively communicate Aquablation’s value proposition to customers
- Proactively support organizational goals and objectives, policies and procedures, and FDA regulations, including strict compliance with AquaBeam’s Customer Relationship and the Sunshine Act policies
- Maintain a professional and credible image with customers and teammates
- Establish and maintain credentials to enter and work in hospitals and other medical facilities as required by facility requirements
- Manage travel and expenses per approved budget
- Ensures Academic Education programs run efficiently, are effective and compliant to our regulatory standards.
- Provides instruction to surgeons, residents, and fellows in formal classroom and field settings.
- Troubleshoots product complaints in the field.
- Works to ensure presentations are consistent with PROCEPT BioRobotics’ goals and objectives and in compliance with PROCEPT BioRobotics’ indications for use.
- Provide customer feedback from resident directors, champion surgeons, residents, and fellows to internal PROCEPT First Team and content development stakeholders.
- Maintain trained status for, and comply with, all relevant aspects of the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality Management System to ensure product and support regulatory compliance
- Deliver hands-on training at academic institutions participating in the Resident Training Program, ensuring consistent and high-quality education aligned with program objectives.
- Run program planning, delivery, and follow-up across academic institutions and host training labs, while consistently meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality execution across all responsibilities. Ensure Webinar engagement and educational dinner program attendance.
- Serve as a mentor for future hires, supporting their development through structured onboarding, field-based coaching, and ongoing guidance to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of resident and fellow education initiatives.
- Partner with Marketing and Global Learning & Development (GLD) teams to continuously update and enhance resident education materials, ensuring content accuracy and alignment with program goals and timelines.
- Maintain detailed documentation of training engagements, participation metrics, and competency outcomes for internal reporting and continuous improvement.
- Responsibly manage administrative tasks; reporting of sales/procedures, outcomes of sales activities, submission of expense reports, etc.
- Maintain records in the PROCEPT CRM system on academic contacts and facilities
The Qualifications We Need You to Possess:
- Mandatory Travel up to 75% of the time (primarily domestic)
- Leadership skills demonstrated through past professional performance, involvement in sports, professional clubs, or associations
- Minimum 4+ years of medical device experience, preferably in an education, clinical, or sales role.
- Bachelor's degree in education, healthcare, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Outstanding communication skills (clear and concise in all forms of communication).
- Maintain strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple assignments and effectively adapt or change priorities as needed.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the willingness to take calculated risks and act decisively (but should communicate potential consequences to enable informed business decisions).
- Ability and willingness to "roll up the sleeves" and become actively engaged in tactical execution.
- Ability to extract and position key data elements from clinical studies that support safety and effectiveness in a concise, compelling manner.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to persuade.
- Proven ability to work independently in fast-paced, unstructured environments, while also thriving as a collaborative team player—demonstrating resourcefulness, focus, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and shared success.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to balance multiple complex projects, deadlines, and travel demands with precision and professionalism.
- High level of grit and perseverance—comfortable navigating ambiguity, overcoming setbacks, and maintaining momentum when building new programs from the ground up.
- Strong adaptability and change management skills, able to quickly pivot based onsite-specific needs, feedback, or shifting organizational priorities.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, and reporting tools.
- Robust analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.

PAY RANGE TRANSPARENCY
Procept is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role represents a base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Procept utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
We’ll provide you training for, and ask you to maintain trained status for, and comply with, all relevant aspects of the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality Management System to ensure product and support regulatory compliance.
