Ametros is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Engineer with deep hands-on experience building and extending solutions within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem. This role requires strong proficiency in plugins, workflows, custom actions, JavaScript, and Dataverse customization, along with solid Power Platform and Azure expertise. The ideal candidate combines strong engineering fundamentals with a user-centered mindset to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions that drive measurable business value.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance solutions in Dynamics 365 CE, including:
- Plugins (C#), custom workflow activities, actions
- Business Process Flows
- Ribbon Workbench/Web Resource configurations
- Dataverse customizations and schema extensions
- Build and maintain integrations with components like DocuSign/HubSpot
- Build automation and integrations using:
- Power Automate
- Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, Azure Functions
- Extend functionality using Power Apps (Model Driven) and contribute to Power Pages solutions (bonus).
- Collaborate with product owners and business analysts to translate requirements into scalable, user-friendly technical designs.
- Support and troubleshoot API interactions, authentication, and identity integrations (Azure AD, external platforms).
- Maintain high-quality documentation across system architecture, custom components, and integration patterns.
- Assist with production support by diagnosing issues and implementing durable resolutions.
- Work independently within Jira to manage development tasks, deliverables, and timelines.
- Participate in technical discussions and solutioning sessions, providing reliable expertise.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED required
- Bachelor’s and / or Associate’s Degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE development.
- Strong Proficiency in:
- C#/.NET plugin development
- Dataverse customization
- JavaScript/TypeScript
- Dynamics 365 CE customizations (workflows, actions, BPFs, etc.)
- Power Automate tools
- Azure development (Logic Apps, Functions, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of CRM industry standards and Dynamics 365 CE architecture.
- Experience developing across multiple D365 CE apps (Sales, Service, Marketing, Customer Insights).
- Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and .NET development.
- Experience with SharePoint, SSIS, XML, and related Microsoft technologies.
- Ability to design and deliver Power Pages and mobile-enabled applications.
- Experience with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, API Management).
- Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills.

- Experience with:
- Power Pages Portals Standard/Enhanced
- Power Platform Pipelines / ALM
- Co-Pilot
- Customer Insights / Sales Insights
- Familiarity with integrations involving HubSpot, Five9, or similar systems.
The estimated salary range for this position is $117,000.00 to $135,000.00. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
