Sanofi is seeking a Senior Director, US HCP Marketing, Rhinology to lead HCP marketing strategy for Dupixent® (dupilumab) in Chronic Rhinosinusitis with Nasal Polyps (CRSwNP) and Allergic Fungal Rhinosinusitis (AFRS). This key and visible leader will drive brand growth through best-in-class marketing execution, cross functional team leadership, and partnership within the RGA Marketing team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement the US HCP marketing strategy for Rhinology/CRSwNP — translating market insights into differentiated messaging and tactical plans for ENT specialists, allergists, and key HCP audiences

  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with RGA marketing team, Medical Affairs, Sales, Market Access, and LMR review teams to ensure programs are strategically aligned and compliant.

  • Brand Planning & Budget: Own the annual HCP brand planning process; manage a significant marketing budget with rigor and clear ROI accountability.

  • KOL & HCP Engagement: Together with the Market Development lead, build and execute a KOL strategy with leading ENT surgeons, rhinologists, and allergists — including advisory boards, speaker bureau, peer-to-peer platforms, conferences.

  • Omnichannel Campaigns: With the support of the Rhinology product manager, design and execute integrated campaigns across personal promotion, digital advertising, CRM, and emerging channels for a seamless HCP experience.

 

About You

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's required; MBA or advanced degree (MD, PharmD, MPH) preferred

  • 8+ years of pharma/biotech experience with demonstrated impact

  • 3+ years dedicated HCP marketing or similar

  • Proven leadership in a fast-paced, matrixed environment

  • Strong omnichannel, analytics, and strategic planning capabilities

  • Excellent communication and cross-functional influence skills

  • AI leadership

The salary range for this position is:

$206,250.00 - $297,916.66

All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
