About the Role:
We are seeking a high-impact, strategically oriented Senior Director of Supply Chain Strategy and Transformation to also serve as Chief of Staff to the Head of Supply Chain & Capacity Management. This dual-role position is designed for a leader who excels in shaping complex initiatives, aligning cross-functional priorities, and enabling executive decision-making within a fast-paced, infrastructure-driven organization.
This individual will not directly manage operational line functions but will lead risk management, enterprise program execution, portfolio governance, and executive enablement. Acting as a trusted internal consultant and integrator, the Senior Director ensures that the supply chain and capacity organization remains strategically aligned and operationally disciplined in support of AI-scale infrastructure growth.
Strategic Orchestration & Executive Partnership
- Serve as the right hand to the SVP of Supply Chain & Capacity Management, advising on strategic priorities and executional clarity.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across planning, sourcing, logistics, engineering, and capacity functions without direct ownership of these lines.
- Synthesize insights, risks, and dependencies into executive-level briefings and recommendations.
Portfolio & Program Leadership
- Lead governance of the strategic project portfolio, tracking initiative health, dependencies, and value delivery.
- Define and maintain a high-impact cadence of reviews, dashboards, and executive check-ins to manage progress across enterprise initiatives.
- Facilitate strategic prioritization and help structure business cases, trade-offs, and investment decisions.
Risk Management & Scenario Planning
- Develop enterprise-level risk frameworks across the global value chain, enabling proactive mitigation.
- Partner with functional leads to model supply and capacity scenarios, particularly in support of AI infrastructure scale-up.
- Guide resilience and continuity planning across suppliers, technologies, and geographies.
Chief of Staff Enablement
- Manage strategic operating rhythms, including OKR cycles, QBRs, board communications, and team offsites.
- Coordinate leadership team agendas, decision records, and progress tracking to maximize focus and execution velocity.
- Support org-wide initiatives around talent, communication, and change management.

Minimun Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- MBA or relevant Master’s degree preferred.
- 12–15 years of experience in supply chain strategy, infrastructure operations, enterprise PMO, or consulting.
- Experience advising senior executives or serving in a Chief of Staff-type capacity within a matrixed tech, datacenter, or hardware environment.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional transformation efforts without direct line control.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $210,000 - $283,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position also includes a discretionary bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Our Workplace
While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
