About the Role

As Proscia’s Senior Director, Strategic Accounts, you will own Proscia’s commercial strategy and execution for strategic accounts in North America, driving the adoption of our cutting-edge, AI native, enterprise digital pathology solutions in these accounts. This role is ideal for a hungry and proven sales leader eager with the ability to engage the c-suite of our key prospects and deliver impactful results. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Sales Strategy: Own and grow strategic clinical accounts across North America, especially in the diagnostic lab networks and national health systems.
  • Sales Execution: Drive rapid revenue growth and market share through a focused enterprise sales strategy; Cultivate and lead executive relationships (e.g., Heads of Pathology, CIOs, CMOs, COOs) to position Proscia as the preferred partner.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to accelerate GTM impact and adoption; Inform local marketing tactics with on-the-ground insights.
  • Enterprise Sales & Market Insights: Navigate complex deals using MEDDPICC or Challenger; maintain accurate forecasts in Salesforce; Track competitors and emerging opportunities to stay ahead of market shifts.
  • Be a visible champion of Proscia’s AI-powered vision — advancing diagnostics and improving patient outcomes.

Success in this role will require navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving key decision-makers and influencers such as the CIO, Head of Pathology, Chief Medical Officer, COO, and, in some cases, the CEO. Your ability to build trust, tailor messaging to diverse priorities, and unify these stakeholders around Proscia’s value proposition will be critical to driving adoption and closing strategic deals.

This role has significant growth potential, positioning you to expand your responsibilities to bigger challenges. The right candidate will have the vision and drive to scale with the company and shape global sales strategies as Proscia continues its rapid expansion.

What Are We Seeking?

To be successful in this role, you shall have:

  • Enterprise Sales Leadership: 7+ years in enterprise software sales into healthcare, including 4+ years leading teams. Experience with AI-driven solutions is a strong plus.
  • Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare systems, diagnostics, or pathology preferred — but not required. Backgrounds in adjacent fields (radiology, molecular, etc.) are welcome.
  • Track Record: Consistently exceeded targets. Skilled in navigating complex accounts, building executive relationships, and driving strategic engagement.
  • Driven & Curious: Self-starter with a strong learning mindset. Comfortable in flat, fast-moving environments. Embraces AI tools to accelerate learning and sales velocity.
  • Plus: Advanced Degree (PhD, MBA, MD) + Existing network in Pathology.
  • Adaptable: Willing to travel up to 40%. Fluent in business English, written and spoken. Thrives in dynamic, collaborative settings.

This is a once-in-a-career opportunity to lead in a market that’s transforming healthcare. Pathology is at an inflection point, and Proscia is driving the shift.
