Step into your future as a Sr Director, Solution Sales and lead a high-performing team to drive strategic growth and deliver innovative solutions to our clients. As a key leader, you will shape the sales vision, foster client relationships, and ensure the achievement of ambitious revenue targets. What You Will Be Doing:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
Cultivate relationships with C-Level prospects and key stakeholders.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of solution sales professionals.
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, delivering qualified leads.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align solutions with client needs.
Monitor and report on sales metrics, adjusting tactics as needed.
Continuously learn and promote our applications and value propositions while conducting market research.
What You Will Likely Bring:
8+ years’ experience in solution sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in technology or related industries.
Strong leadership, business acumen, and collaboration skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Experience engaging with C-Level executives and managing complex sales cycles.
What Could Set You Apart:
Bachelor of Science degree, Bachelor of Business Administration degree, or related field preferred.
Knowledge of ERP systems and enterprise software solutions is a plus.
Experience in global or multi-market sales environments.
Multilingual skills are advantageous.
