Job Description

Lead AMPI POD Build and Sales and Marketing Operational Excellence (Foundations for Current and Future Delivery Capability)
- Leading TESE/TEP Tax Management Solutions Initiative to Drive Key Growth Over Next 3-5 years (totalling $8billion)
- Leading GoToMarket Global Client Management Transformation Initiative for RFP, Client Servicing and Presentations Outcomes
- Leading Technical Artificial Intelligence Drive and PoC for Distribution to accelerate Sales Velocity and Business Growth
The B42 leadership and strategic influence and executive engagement across this business critical initiatives. The above assessment is backed up and supported by technology leadership and business sponsors feedback across NA, EMEA and APAC.

Base Pay Salary

The estimated base salary for this role is $175000 - $295000 / year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
