Job Description Summary:
The Senior Director of Sales leads the Culver’s Account Team within The Roark Account Team. This individual will be responsible for setting long-term strategy, building team and partnership culture and delivering on the Coca-Cola promise of collaboration, partnership and growth. This position will report directly to the Head of the Roark Account Team and leads the cross-functional team. The ideal candidate will be a great fit with Culver’s and their unique culture which is rooted in hospitality and servant leadership.
What You’ll Do For Us:

Activate The Coca-Cola Company System to develop and implement business solutions that meet our customer’s needs (within the beverage category and beyond the valve) and that drive beverage category profit and volume, contributing to overall sales growth for the customers' entire business. Creatively bringing customer solutions to life, pioneering end to end innovation

Provide account team leadership, direction, and coaching to achieve work objectives and improve performance and skills across a cross functional team of a Sr. Manager of Sales, Sr. Growth Manager and Customer Operations Director.

Oversee short-term and long-term Beverage Strategy Development

Develop and cultivate value-based relationships
-
Build long-term partnership framework and beverage strategies using Collaborative Business Planning

Manage a joint scorecard to ensure team is meeting expectations and delivering sustainable results

Practice continuous improvement and agile management practices.

Identify the appropriate tools and resources to support the strategic, operating and personal needs of the partner’s business; align support with internal stakeholders including Brand, Innovation and Strategy teams

Experience in cultivating and navigating complex customer relationships (broad and deep).

Ideal candidate would be a fearless and effective networker and connector inside of the Coke system of resources

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Related Work and Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or other relevant areas

5-7 Years Strategic Sales Experience

Consulting with customer as a beverage category partner to provide K&I, share best practices, innovative beverage ideas, and influence decision making around F&B and marketing initiatives

Navigate the Culver’s franchise system and leverage that network to achieve growth objectives.

Conduct regular business reviews with customer to monitor relationship and performance

Sell in and execute with distinction business planned initiatives while ensuring initiatives are implemented on time and to monitor performance outcome of each key initiative

Work closely with customer and internal teams to identify innovative beverage incidence driving solutions and implement.
Location – Atlanta or US Remote in East or Central time zones preferred

Pay Range:
$169,000 - $196,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
