WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
The Senior Director, Sales for Converse reports to the VP & GM of Converse Global Growth and leads the Converse US Partner Marketplace team. This role partners closely with Global Cross-Functional teams, Partner teams, Marketing, Merchandising, Product, HR, Strategy, Planning, Finance, and Communications to drive an integrated marketplace vision.

Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years leading business development, strategy, innovation, or new business model assessment within the retail industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
- Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to influence executive leadership
- Proven success leading teams in key markets through agile, collaborative work models
- Exceptional networking, relationship-building, and external partner management capabilities
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
In this role, you will set the strategic vision for Converse’s US Wholesale Marketplace and lead a team responsible for shaping partner relationships, elevating commercial excellence, and driving long‑term business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Converse US Partner Marketplace team to deliver an integrated marketplace strategy
- Define and drive the Converse US Wholesale Marketplace strategy across Inspire, Validate, and Access segments
- Build and mentor a world‑class commercial team grounded in inclusion, agility, and high performance
- Partner with Global Accounts, Direct, Marketing, Business Integration, City Teams, and Planning to shape holistic consumer journeys
- Deliver financial results and lead P&L management for the US Wholesale Marketplace
- Manage marketplace inventory with Planning to ensure healthy product flow and marketplace health
- Strengthen external partner relationships, representing Converse with authenticity and commercial excellence
- Drive data-informed decisions that evolve marketplace models and advance Converse’s long-term US offense
