KBR is seeking a motivated Senior Director to manage Mission Technology Solutions (MTS) CTO external initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Directing, developing, communicating, and implementing the company's direction and strategic goals.

  • Developing strategies to drive external visibility and understanding of company’s technical innovation expertise.

  • Leads cultural and operational change to drive internal and external market perceptions of KBR’s technical innovation across business development, business units, and to external clients and the market.

  • Identifying and communicating best practices throughout the company.

  • Lead external engagement to drive market perceptions and increase brand awareness and mission impact to our external customers.

  • Developing strategy through the implementation and execution phases. 

Work Environment:

  • Location: Remote

  • Travel Requirements: Minimal 0-20%

  • Working Hours: Standard

Required Qualifications:

Master’s degree in related technical field and at least 18 years of related experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Graduate degree in related technical field.

  

Basic Compensation: 

$220,800.00 - $331,200.00

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity. 

  

Additional Compensation: 

KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
