Senior Director, Product Marketing

You will play a pivotal role in shaping our product portfolio and executing on our strategic roadmap. Alongside the best and the brightest, you will regularly:

  • Lead the go-to-market success of Alegeus’ product portfolio, including its advanced Consumer Directed Health (CDH) platform and AI-powered capabilities. Drive awareness, adoption, and revenue through compelling value propositions and differentiated narratives tailored to complex buyer ecosystems.

  • Act as the strategic link between Product, Sales, Account Management, and Partner Success teams to ensure innovations resonate with diverse personas—from technical developers to executive decision-makers.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies for new and existing offerings, including APIs, AI, and agentic capabilities. Drive product launch readiness, establish scalable playbooks, and align cross-functional teams on priorities and timelines.

  • Craft buyer-centric narratives and content (e.g., ROI analyses, case studies, solution briefs) that demonstrate business impact. Partner with Sales to deliver enablement tools and training that improve conversion and objection handling.

  • Deeply understand and segment buyer and user personas, tailoring messaging and content to their unique needs, behaviors, and pain points across the CDH ecosystem.

  • Monitor competitors, industry trends, and emerging AI capabilities to inform positioning and differentiation. Elevate Alegeus’ market presence through analyst relations, thought leadership content, and speaking engagements.

  • Lead and develop a high-performing product marketing team. Build a scalable operating model, foster a culture of strategic thinking and executional excellence, and mentor peers across the broader marketing organization.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS FOR CREATING A LASTING IMPACT

Alegeus colleagues are known as problem-solvers, risk-takers, and innovative thinkers. As a Senior Director, Product Marketing, these skills are essential for success:

  • Abilities: Skilled in economic value modeling, ROI frameworks, and crafting case studies that build decision confidence. Exceptional storyteller with the ability to translate complex product features into compelling, value-driven narratives. Strong collaborator with a track record of influencing across matrixed organizations without direct authority.

  • Experience: Over 10 years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, ideally within healthcare, fintech, or platform/API-driven businesses; Consumer Directed Healthcare experience is a plus. Proven success marketing technical and AI-based solutions to diverse buyer personas, including developers, operations leaders, and executives. Background in companies selling to health plans, TPAs, financial institutions, or adjacent industries is highly preferred.

  • Location: Requires you to be on-site 25% of the time in either our Boston, MA; Maitland, FL; or Milwaukee, WI office.
