As Senior Director Product Marketing & Product Management, you will lead the global Product Marketing and Product Management organization within the Power Semiconductor Business Unit. In this highly visible leadership role, you will be responsible for defining and executing product strategies, driving portfolio growth and profitability, and ensuring the successful commercialization of innovative semiconductor solutions. You will work closely with customers and cross-functional teams across R&D, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Technical Marketing to shape the future of our product portfolio and accelerate business growth.

About the Position:

  • Define and implement the global product strategy, technology roadmaps, and portfolio priorities aligned with customer needs and business objectives
  • Drive portfolio optimization, investment prioritization, and the identification of strategic growth opportunities across global markets
  • Ensure a competitive, differentiated, and sustainable product portfolio that supports the long-term success of the Power Semiconductor Business Unit
  • Lead product lifecycle management activities and monitor portfolio performance to maximize business value
  • Own the business strategy for new product development programs from concept definition through product launch and commercialization
  • Develop compelling business cases, product positioning strategies, and investment recommendations to support growth initiatives
  • Drive successful new product introductions in close collaboration with R&D, Technical Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams
  • Lead revenue growth, profitability improvement, pricing strategy, forecasting, allocation planning, and portfolio lifecycle decisions
  • Establish and strengthen market, customer, and competitive intelligence capabilities to identify future business opportunities
  • Translate customer requirements, market trends, and competitive developments into actionable product and portfolio strategies
  • Foster strong cross-functional collaboration and alignment around strategic priorities, business objectives, and growth initiatives
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing global Product Marketing and Product Management organization
  • Promote a culture of innovation, customer focus, accountability, collaboration, and execution excellence across the organization

About You:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • 12+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, Business Management, or a comparable leadership role within the semiconductor industry
  • Strong commercial, strategic, and technical business acumen with a deep understanding of semiconductor technologies, applications, and markets
  • Proven track record of defining product roadmaps, developing business cases, and successfully launching new products
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in global, cross-functional organizations and international business environments
  • Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and customer engagement skills
  • Strong ability to balance customer requirements, technology opportunities, and commercial objectives to drive business success
  • Experience leading global teams and driving organizational development, succession planning, and talent growth
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation, growth, and continuous improvement
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal - German language skills are a plus
  • Willingness to travel minimum 40% internationally

Salary Range:

$185,000 to $280,000

Artificial intelligence (AI) tools may be used in some portions of the candidate review process for this position, however, all final employment decisions will be made by a person. The salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
