The Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Director of Partnerships to lead and scale our partnership ecosystem. This role will be pivotal in identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth, expand our service capabilities, and enhance our market position. The ideal candidate has deep experience in performance marketing and a proven track record of building and managing high-value partnerships in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partnership Strategy & Development
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnerships strategy aligned with company goals.
    • Identify and evaluate potential strategic partners (agencies, technology platforms, publishers, networks, data providers, etc.).
    • Negotiate and structure partnership agreements, ensuring alignment of incentives and value for both parties.
  • Relationship Management
    • Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with key partners to ensure mutual success.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact and escalation for strategic partners.
    • Monitor performance of partnerships and optimize for ROI and client outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Collaborate with Sales, Analytics, Product, and Client Success teams to maximize the impact of partnerships.
    • Act as an internal advocate for partners to ensure alignment across service delivery and technology integrations.
  • Market Intelligence & Thought Leadership
    • Stay ahead of trends to identify new partnership opportunities.
    • Represent the company at industry events and forums to build brand presence and network with potential partners.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably in performance marketing, digital advertising, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of the performance marketing ecosystem including paid media, affiliate networks, lead generation, and digital platforms.
  • Proven track record of initiating, negotiating, and closing high-impact partnerships.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience working in a high-growth or startup environment is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.

SALARY RANGE

The salary range for this role is $125,000-$150,000, depending on location and experience.
