Key Responsibilities

Offerings & Portfolio Strategy

  • Own the definition, evolution, and lifecycle of Wizeline’s service offerings and IP.
  • Translate market demand, client needs, and delivery capabilities into differentiated offerings.
  • Partner with Delivery, Engineering, and Operations on new solution development.

Product Marketing & Messaging

  • Own messaging frameworks, value propositions, and positioning.
  • Create compelling narratives that translate complex technical value into clear business outcomes.
  • Lead flagship market-facing thought leadership.

Sales Enablement

  • Train sales teams on offerings, positioning, and competitive differentiation.
  • Partner directly with CSO, sales leaders, and account teams in active pursuits.
  • Support deal shaping and solution positioning in strategic client conversations.

Collateral & GTM Asset Leadership - Lead the creation of:

  • Pitch decks.
  • One-pagers.
  • Brochures.
  • Case studies.
  • POV documents.
  • Website services content.

Partner with Design and Brand to ensure visual excellence and narrative clarity.

  • Analyst Relations.
  • Serve as a primary interface with Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and other analyst firms.
  • Lead Wave and Market Guide submissions.
  • Shape external market perception of Wizeline’s capabilities.

AI, Automation & Marketing Innovation

  • Drive the use of AI and automation across marketing operations.
  • Define workflows that improve content velocity, enablement scale, and GTM efficiency.
  • Stay hands-on with modern AI tools and platforms.

Team Leadership

  • Lead product marketers, content writers, designers (direct or matrixed), and contractors.
  • Set clear vision, quality standards, and delivery accountability.
  • Operate as both player and coach.

Must-have Skills 

  • AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
  • 12+ years experience in product marketing, offerings, solutions marketing, or services GTM leadership.
  • Experience in global IT services, digital transformation, or software engineering services.
  • Proven success shaping service portfolios and GTM strategy.
  • Direct experience training sales teams and supporting revenue teams.
  • Analyst relations experience required.
  • Strong fluency with AI tools, automation platforms, and modern marketing technology.
  • Exceptional communication and executive presence.
