How will you make an impact?
The Senior Director of National Biobank Initiatives will lead a global team responsible for securing strategic partnerships with national biobanks and large-scale population health programs worldwide. The leader will build alignment across diverse internal stakeholders—including commercial, scientific, regulatory, and operations teams—to deliver coordinated, high-impact solutions for these strategic accounts. Externally, the role requires engagement with government bodies, policymakers, and public health leaders to articulate the value of proteomics in advancing population health, translational research, and precision medicine. Success in this position depends on orchestrating cross-functional collaboration, influencing senior decision-makers, and consistently delivering large-scale, multi-stakeholder partnerships that establish long-term national programs.
