Job Overview 

In this strategic leadership role, you will own the vision and roadmap for IQVIA’s measurement products—including Customer Data Platform (CDP) and Cleanroom applications—while overseeing the Measurement Services team. You will collaborate closely with the VP & GM of Digital, and cross-functional leaders in Product Management, Delivery Operations, and Technology to deliver unified measurement solutions that accelerate revenue growth and strengthen IQVIA’s market position. This role combines executive oversight with hands-on leadership, ensuring operational excellence and product innovation in a dynamic, high-growth environment. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for measurement solutions and digital marketing products. 

  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering innovation and collaboration. 

  • Drive product innovation and operational strategies to ensure successful implementation and execution. 

  • Oversee divisional financial performance, proposals, and executive-level client engagement. 

  • Build strong relationships with Pharma, Agency, and Publisher stakeholders to accelerate business growth. 

  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards while navigating complex regulatory landscapes. 

  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage. 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, Business, or related field; MBA preferred. 

  • 10+ years of product management experience, with specialization in Pharmaceutical and/or Agency markets. 

  • Proven success delivering measurement or analytics solutions to Pharma, Agency, or Publisher buyers. 

  • Strong leadership experience managing high-performing teams and driving strategic initiatives. 

  • Deep understanding of healthcare data, identity measurement, CDP, and cleanroom concepts. 

  • Exceptional relationship-building, analytical, and communication skills.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $137,700.00 - $383,500.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
