Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Managing a team of marketing professionals to ensure timely delivery of objectives within budget constraints
  • Ensuring the development and retention of qualified marketing staff through effective talent management strategies
  • Overseeing recruitment and performance evaluation processes to maintain a robust marketing team
  • Acting as a liaison with Engineering, Customer Service and other Marketing teams to align marketing efforts
  • Participating in strategic planning and alliance building to support product market growth
  • Leading the creation and implementation of marketing plans to drive subscriber and revenue increases
  • Directing analytical projects to inform marketing strategies and measure performance outcomes
  • Engaging stakeholders in the development and deployment of marketing initiatives for maximum impact
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
