The Opportunity

To achieve our ambitious goals, we’re looking for a Director of Marketing & Product Operations to join our Strategy & Operations organization. This role will partner with leadership across the business and lead a team responsible for bringing our products to life in the market.

As Director of Marketing & Product Operations, you will lead a team that is the glue of our GTM rhythms. As we are at a key inflection point of growth, the role of marketing & product operations is critical in allowing us to scale from a single to multiple product company. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing & product program managers
  • Collaborates with Marketing & Product leadership to ensure alignment on strategy and direction, effectively communicating and cascading this vision throughout the organization.
  • Drive continuous process improvement, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams and departments. 
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering partners to streamline practices and communication.  
  • Manage the product roadmap and release management processes to ensure the timely and high-quality launch of new features.
  • Drive and influence the organization to deliver the best possible customer experience.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team, encouraging creative problem-solving and the sharing of best practices across departments.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in marking or product operations, or related roles in high-growth technology companies
  • Demonstrate expertise in system design and process improvement by developing scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation across the organization.
  • Demonstrate a strong adaptability to changing environments while leveraging data-driven insights to influence stakeholders.
  • Has a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manages tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyzes and executes work efficiently, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments.

Compensation and Benefits

Grammarly takes a market-based approach to compensation, which means base pay may vary depending on your location. Our US locations are categorized into two compensation zones based on proximity to our hub locations. [If there’s also a hiring strategy in Canada] In Canada, all locations where we support employment are considered “Zone 1”. 

Base pay may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The expected salary ranges for this position are outlined below by compensation zone and may be modified in the future.

United States: 
Zone 1: $244,000 – $336,000/year (USD)
