This role leads a team of four HR Directors, each supporting designated operating regions or business units, and serves as the primary HR partner to Operations leadership.

This individual ensures consistency, compliance, and quality of HR delivery across all operational sites, and partners closely with centralized functions — particularly Employee Relations — to ensure operational realities and frontline needs are reflected in program design and case handling.
