Role Overview
We're looking for a strategic, data-driven, and creative Senior Director of Global Partner Marketing to lead the development and execution of Cloudflare's partner marketing strategy. In this role, you'll oversee the planning, enablement, and co-marketing efforts across our global partner ecosystem. You'll work closely with Partner Sales, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, and Corporate Communications to drive joint pipeline, increase partner-sourced revenue, and scale the impact of our partner programs.

In this role, you'll oversee the planning, enablement, and co-marketing efforts across our global partner ecosystem. You'll work closely with Partner Sales, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, and Corporate Communications to drive joint pipeline, increase partner-sourced revenue, and scale the impact of our partner programs.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership
- Own the global partner marketing strategy across all partner segments (channel, alliances, GSIs, MSPs, tech partners).
- Define and track KPIs for partner-sourced and influenced pipeline, revenue, and engagement.
- Build and lead a high-performing global partner marketing team.
Partner Campaigns & Co-Marketing
- Develop and execute integrated co-marketing campaigns with strategic partners that drive awareness, pipeline, and joint value.
- Scale MDF usage through repeatable campaign-in-a-box programs and partner enablement tools.
- Manage partner events, sponsorships, and joint field activations.
Partner Communications & Enablement
- Own the partner messaging strategy, content development, and communication cadence (newsletters, webinars, portals).
- Collaborate with Enablement and Product Marketing to launch training, playbooks, and assets that accelerate partner sales motion.
Ecosystem & Program Support
- Partner with Product, BD, and Partner Sales to support go-to-market efforts for technology integrations and marketplace listings.
- Support Cloudflare One, Zero Trust, and AI partner ecosystem expansion through targeted marketing programs.
- Evolve the Cloudflare Partner Network (CPN) branding and marketing framework.
- 15+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 5 years in partner or channel marketing roles.
- Experience in cybersecurity, cloud, or enterprise SaaS preferred.
- Proven success developing global partner programs and marketing strategies that deliver measurable pipeline impact.
- Strong leadership experience, including managing distributed teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, executive presence, and storytelling skills.
- Deep understanding of partner ecosystems: resellers, GSIs, alliances, marketplaces, and co-selling motions.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, PRM systems, and partner marketing automation tools (e.g., Impartner, Allbound, Crossbeam).
