About the Role
Reporting to the SVP, Global Integrated Marketing, this leader will bring K18’s global brand
strategy and business priorities to life through breakthrough campaigns, 360 go-to-market
plans, experiences and cultural activations that build relevance, earn attention and drive
growth.

This role will lead campaign development from brief through execution, shaping the
campaign idea, 360 GTM and global toolkit while connecting teams, agencies and markets
around one cohesive consumer story. Beyond campaigns they will drive K18’s presence in
culture through partnerships, collaborations, experiences and unexpected brand
moments that create conversation, participation and fandom.

What You'll Do
Global Campaigns & GTM
• Translate brand, consumer and business priorities into global campaign strategies
and creative briefs.
• Develop integrated 360 campaign platforms across paid, earned, owned, social,
creator, retail, pro, digital and experiential.
• Own campaign-level GTM plans, timelines, toolkits and market guidance.
• Drive day-to-day campaign development and programming across internal teams,
agencies and markets.
• Ensure global consistency while enabling locally relevant execution.
• Oversee global retail and support global pro marketing, ensuring retailer and
distributor plans ladder to global campaign strategy and GTM
Culture, Partnerships & Collaborations
• Translate K18’s cultural strategy into partnerships, collaborations and brand
activations.
• Identify and execute against emerging cultural moments, communities and
collaborators where K18 can credibly participate.
• Develop and manage the cultural activation calendar.
• Lead partnerships from opportunity identification through concept, negotiation,
launch and amplification.
• Build scalable cultural platforms vs. disconnected one-off moments.
Experiences & Brand Moments
• Develop and deliver high-impact launches, experiences, pop-ups, stunts and major
brand tentpoles.
• Directly drive U.S. experiential execution while creating frameworks that can scale
globally.
• Extend campaigns into merchandise, gifting and other physical expressions of the
K18 brand.
• Partner across PR, Social, Creator, Retail, Creative and International to maximize
impact.
Campaign Leadership & Orchestration
• Champion the creative and cultural ambition of K18’s marketing globally.
• Serve as the day-to-day senior campaign lead across internal teams and agency
partners.
• Connect Creative, Consumer Engagement, Media, Retail, Digital, Commercial and
International, Pro and Reial around one campaign plan.
• Establish and track clear milestones, deliverables and accountability from brief
through execution
Who You Are
• 12+ years of experience across brand marketing, integrated campaigns,
partnerships and experiential.
• Proven track record developing and delivering breakthrough global 360 campaigns.
• Strong creative and cultural judgment with the ability to translate strategy into
compelling consumer ideas.
• Deep understanding of culture, creators, partnerships and experiential marketing.
• Experience developing global GTM plans and scalable market toolkits.
• Strong agency leadership and cross-functional orchestration skills.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving global organization and driving complex
work through execution.

Within 12 months this person should:
• Deliver breakthrough global campaigns from brief through execution
• Translate campaign strategy into a cohesive 360 GTM, connecting every channel
and team around one consumer story
• Build a strong pipeline of partnerships, activations and major brand moments
• Deliver scalable campaign and xperiential toolkits that enable strong local
execution
• Create seamless day-to-day orchestration across internal teams and agencies
