Position Summary 

As the subject matter expert in enterprise-level projects and change management, the Senior Director, Enterprise Projects Office (EPO) is responsible for designing, implementing, and owning the company’s enterprise execution framework, including cross-functional and cross-company program delivery, process harmonization, systems and tooling maturity, and M&A integration. This role serves as the central integrator across the business - driving alignment, accountability, and measurable operational maturity across all functions. This role requires significant enterprise-level influence and ownership of company-wide execution outcomes. 

The position reports to the Chief Administrative Officer. This role is Remote and may require travel to various location. 


In this role, the essential functions are: 

  • Lead execution of company-wide strategic initiatives ensuring alignment across all functions. Responsible for outcomes. 
  • Build and drive integrated execution plans across HR, IT, Finance, Operations, Legal, Compliance, BD, and other business units 
  • Stand up and lead a structured process harmonization programto standardize workflows and reduce fragmentation across the company 
  • Design and implement enterprise execution frameworks, operating cadence (OKRs, KPIs), and tracking mechanisms 
  • Serve as the central point of accountability for cross-functional and cross-company initiatives, identifying and removing execution risks and blockers and owning outcomes 
  • Partner with company departments to mature enterprise systems, processes, and tooling, driving adoption and reducing manual and individualized processes 
  • Own and develop M&A post-acquisition integration playbooks and lead end-to-end integration efforts across the company 
  • Establish enterprise-wide visibility into execution progress through executive-level reporting, dashboards, and structured updates 
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on enterprise execution, operational maturity models, and cross-functional program delivery best practices 
  • Build and lead a small, high-performing team responsible for enterprise change management, company initiatives and programs, and project execution

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Project Management, Organizational Leadership, Management Science, or a related field with 8 or more years of progressive experience in enterprise projects leadership, operations, strategy execution, change management, or transformation roles 
  • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, cross-functional enterprise initiatives across multiple business units 
  • Proven ability to build and implement execution frameworks, operating cadence, and performance tracking systems 
  • Experience operating as an enterprise integrator, influencing senior leaders without direct authority 
  • Strong experience driving operational maturity, process standardization, and organizational transformation 
  • Experience driving change management in a high-growth organization undergoing significant scaling or integration 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience in the defense, national security, space, or government contracting industry 
  • Experience with enterprise system implementations (e.g., HRIS, ERP) 
  • Experience leading M&A integrations 
  • Familiarity with operational maturity models and structured transformation programs 

Travel, Physical and/or Government Mandated Requirements: 

  • Travel up to 50%, including the possibility of overnights within the U.S. 
  • To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State. 

Compensation: 

The good faith base salary range for this role is $160,000 – 215,000 at the time of this posting. Where you fall within the range depends on your experience, skills, and location. This range reflects base salary only and does not include benefits or bonus/incentive. This range may be adjusted in the future. 

This position is bonus plan eligible.
