The Opportunity
InCharge Energy is seeking a strategic and driven Sr. Director of Enterprise Accounts – North America to lead our efforts in developing and managing large-scale enterprise partnerships across sales, service, and support. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), this role is critical to advancing our mission to accelerate clean transportation by delivering comprehensive EV infrastructure solutions to high-impact enterprise customers.
This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing account strategies that span multiple verticals, including technology, logistics, commercial real estate, and government.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the senior point of contact for major enterprise accounts across North America, focusing on long-term growth and strategic alignment
- Own the full customer lifecycle from opportunity development to post-deployment support, including pricing strategy, contract negotiation, and SLA oversight
- Build and execute customized EV charging and service programs across national portfolios involving hardware, software, installation, and maintenance
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders in Service, Product, and Engineering to ensure seamless delivery and proactive issue resolution
- Develop and maintain strategic account plans, proposals, and executive-level presentations
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand account scope, including resale of OEM equipment, warranty management, and aftermarket service packages
- Represent InCharge Energy in key external engagements, including industry conferences, working groups, and partnership meetings
- Contribute to the development of long-range revenue forecasts and account-level performance reporting
- Travel regularly across North America to support customer relationships and project milestones
Your Experience and Capabilities
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, key account management, or business development in a technical, infrastructure, or clean energy space
- Demonstrated success building and scaling strategic programs with large enterprise accounts (>$10M annually)
- Strong background in EV charging, fleet electrification, energy-as-a-service (EaaS), or large-scale infrastructure deployment
- Experience navigating complex stakeholder environments, including internal cross-functional teams and external client decision-makers
- High comfort level with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), contract management, and sales forecasting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to executive and technical audiences
- Superb presentation and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related advanced degree preferred
- Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to support enterprise relationships and account execution
